BACKGROUND

 

 

My creative partner Charlie and I had an obsession with the Brothers Quay and PES at the time and really wanted to expand our stop motion animation skills.

 

BRIEF

 

Action. Time. Vision. This brief was simply about experimenting with time and motion.

 

IDEA

 

Charlie and I liked the story 'The Lorax' by Dr. Seuss because it teaches people to care for the environment and is none of Dr. Seuss's darker stories. We decided to make a title sequence for this story.

 

RESULT

The title sequence taught me how to work with several different materials and time.
